Perpetual Mutations is an original album project released in 2024, following the first collaboration between Gavin Harrison and Antoine Fafard, which debuted four years prior. Similar to their initial effort, all the music on this album is entirely performed and excludes any programmed instruments. Perpetual Mutations showcases an eclectic blend of musical arrangements and includes contributions from nine collaborators representing various nationalities and continents.

The album is available in a limited amount of vinyl in a package which also includes the CD and Digital version of the album.
